A fully automatic Duel end servo control chamfering machine with Stacker. It automatic feed one pipe after another, performs chamfering on both ends at a time, which includes OD,ID & Facing. User can select any combination of operations out of OD, ID & Facing. Angle of chamfer can be changed as desired, as we provide cartridge for almost any degree. User can get depth of chamfer as desired.

All the facing and chamfering parameters are programmable. For each job verity, different programs can be created. 1000 such program can be stored in the machine PLC. E.g. one a user wants to change the job, all he has to do is to select the respective program file from the drop down menu through a Touch screen and all the cutting parameters are loaded automatically. This reduces the setting time by 50% compare to the conventional method (fully hydraulic machines). Also the accuracy consistency is within 20 microns from one batch of the same job to another.
